Yushay Student collects limited and role-specific information strictly necessary for academic learning management:

• Student Identification: Full name, student ID, roll number, class/grade, username, and registered email address.
• Guardian/Parent Details: Contact telephone numbers and emergency parent contact info.
• Academic Records: Daily attendance records, exam scores, homework submissions, report cards, and performance evaluations.
• Communication Logs: Queries and official messages between students/parents and school administration.
• Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, browser type, IP address, and login timestamps for security audits.
• No financial details or unnecessary biometric data are collected without explicit institutional authorization.

4 Purpose of Data Collection

All collected information is utilized strictly for educational purposes:

5 Access Control & Security

Access to the Yushay Student Portal is strictly partitioned and role-based:

• Students & Parents: Can access only their own individual enrolled classes, subjects, and private academic records.
• Teachers & Staff: Access is restricted strictly to assigned classes and students within their educational purview.
• Encryption: All data in transit is protected using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption with secure password hashing.
• Audit Logs: Authentication sessions and critical account actions are logged for security and regulatory compliance.

6 Academic & Professional Conduct Policy

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data Policies, every registered student, teacher, and authorized parent/guardian maintains comprehensive rights over their personal data:

• Right of Access & Rectification: Users and parents may review all stored academic and profile data and request immediate correction of inaccurate information.

• Data Retention & Deletion Timeline: Upon receiving a verified deletion request, all personal identification records, login tokens, student homework uploads, and account credentials are permanently deleted from active production servers within 30 days (following an initial 7-day scheduled grace recovery window).
• Regulatory Archiving: Official transcripts and academic records required by educational regulatory bodies in Pakistan are archived in anonymized form as permitted by law.

10 Policy Updates

Yushay reserves the right to amend this Policy to comply with regulatory, operational, or technical updates. Significant changes will be published in this portal and notified within the mobile app. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.

3 Information We Collect

Yushay Teacher collects limited and role-specific information necessary for academic management. This includes:

• Personal Information: Name, contact number, email, designation, and employee ID.
• Academic Data: Attendance records, marks entry, lesson plans, and performance reports.
• Technical Data: Device type, OS version, IP address, crash logs, and login timestamps.

No financial or highly sensitive personal data is collected without proper institutional authorization.

4 Purpose of Data Collection

All collected information is used strictly for core app functionalities: academic record management, institutional reporting, attendance tracking, and system performance improvement. Yushay Teacher does not use teacher data for advertising, commercial resale, or profiling.

5 Third-Party Services

To ensure reliable performance, our application utilizes third-party service providers (such as Google/Firebase) for backend database hosting, authentication, and crash reporting. These services process data securely and in compliance with global data protection standards.

6 Access Control & Security

Access to the portal is strictly role-based. Data is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS). All login activity is logged and periodically reviewed for compliance. Developers and technical teams cannot access institutional data without written approval.

Yushay Teacher does not sell, lease, or trade any teacher or institutional data. Data may be disclosed only when required by law or upon request from regulatory authorities with explicit institutional authorization.

8 Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide academic services.

Account Deletion: Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated data. Deletion requests can be initiated within the app settings or via our public web deletion portal at: https://yushay-web-portal.vercel.app/. • Grace Period & Reactivation: Account deletion requests undergo a 7-day grace period before final processing. If you wish to reactivate or restore your account during this period, you must contact the administration office for manual identity verification and account restoration.
• Permanent Deletion: After 7 days without admin reactivation, personal credentials, login access, contact details, and private profile information are permanently purged.
• Data Retention Exception: When a teacher account is deleted, the school retains only teacher salary/payroll records and official educational data (such as class logs, grading records, and syllabus history) for institutional employment accounting, financial audits, and academic regulatory compliance. No other personal data is retained.

9 Professional Conduct Policy

The Yushay Teacher Portal is a professional academic system. All users must maintain respectful communication and use the system strictly for educational purposes. Any misconduct may result in account suspension.

10 Teacher Rights

Every registered teacher has the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, request account deletion, and obtain a record of their academic activity logs. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling such requests.
